2. Services

SIMI provides a platform for managing digital signage, IoT device connectivity, and digital advertising. Our services include (but are not limited to):

•SIMI Digital Signage CMS (web & app)

•SIMI Ad Display (Android-based media player)

•SIMI Smart (IoT and device automation)

•SIMI Power Saver (energy data dashboards)

•Content scheduling and creative management

•Proof-of-play and performance analytics

•Venue, advertiser, and reseller dashboards

•Programmatic advertising integration

•Live stream and web link display functionality

•Industry-specific content libraries

•Reseller onboarding, management, and revenue sharing

We may update, expand, or discontinue features and services at our sole discretion.

3. Account Registration

To use SIMI’s platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

•Provide accurate and complete information

•Keep your login credentials confidential

•Accept responsibility for activity on your account

SIMI is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree not to:

•Use the platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose

•Upload or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or misleading

•Interfere with platform operations or security

•Reverse-engineer or replicate any component of SIMI

5. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you upload. However, you grant SIMI a limited, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of delivering and operating our Services.

6. Payment & Subscriptions

•SIMI charges a recurring fee (e.g., $30 per screen per month), unless otherwise agreed.

•Payments are processed via Stripe or another authorized provider.

•Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in advance.

•Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

•Venue owners, resellers, and advertisers may be subject to additional usage-based fees or revenue-sharing agreements.

7. Privacy & Data

Your data is handled in accordance with the SIMI Privacy Policy. We implement technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal and business data.

We may collect anonymised usage data to improve platform performance and analytics.

8. Third-Party Integrations

SIMI integrates with third-party tools, such as:

•Canva

•Vistar Media

•Tuya

•Vimeo, YouTube (for live streams)

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of those third-party services.

9. Suspension or Termination

SIMI may suspend or terminate access to your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or misuse the platform. Inactive or unpaid accounts may be archived or deleted.

10. Limitation of Liability

SIMI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. The platform is provided “as-is” and “as-available.”

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Victoria.
