Authority Letter

I hereby authorise SIMI Connect Ltd, to submit an energy efficiency grant application on behalf of the company name stated below.  This authorisation includes the authority to sign any necessary documents, provide any required information, and act as our representative in regard to all matters related to this application. 

I authorise Jim Fakos of SIMI Connect Ltd as my nominated contact.

Furthermore, should the energy efficiency grant application be successful, I hereby confirm that SIMI Connect Ltd, will continue to represent us in all matters related to the grant, including but not limited to, executing agreements, fulfilling reporting obligations, and communicating with relevant authorities.

If successful, I also authorise all grant payments to be made to the Nexia Trust Account for them to distribute to suppliers and contractors to fulfill the activity outlined in the application and to provide an Audited Financial Acquittal Report if required.
